The Reevers Warbird organization, in Adelaide, Australia, purchased the Franklin B-25, from Rio Grande Aviation, in Texas, some time ago. I am happy to report she has been restored to static condition and was put on display at their facility last week-end. She has been done up in Dutch colours...

It really was nice having Marcel here in Virginia Beach. Just wish he would have had more time. I would have taken him to NAS Oceana and NOB Norfolk. Maybe next time....

Marcel was in Boston, Mass. on business for his company. He had a few extra days, so he flew to Norfolk, Va., where he rented a car (a Fiat) and drove to my house. We spent the afternoon driving around Virginia Beach, finally winding up at Fort Story, where we visited the old and new...
Update. The Franklin B-25 has been acquired by an Aussie outfit, Reevers. Maybe Wayne knows more. The aircraft
has been shipped to Australia and will be refurbished as a Dutch B-25. Check them out on FaceBook, Reevers Warbirds.
