I'm looking for any photos of the USS Hornet Doolittle raid but in particular the Mitchell's in take off position cause that's how I wanna depict it to represent in scale the short take off distance they had to deal with. Any photos welcomed and appreciated. Thanks Sean

Couldn't live with it so fixed port roundell from the depths of my spare parts box and didn't do any damage in the process which is rare! Sorry still not figured out how to downsize photo. Sposed to be cleaning up and helping put kids to bed...gotta go

Thanks Wayne I feel better now. Before the spit I managed to bend all the decals nicely around my P-51 Big Beautiful Doll with no problem (maybe Hasegawa?) but the decals with the spit were very fragile. Lots of them looked more like jigsaws but I managed to get them back together and even...

I build big stuff too like this 'carport' for my truck. Well thats what I'm gunna tell the council if they find out but between you and me it's an aircraft hangar!
