    Geoffrey, I am interested in the information you posted on the Japanese Zero vs Spitfire vs FW 190 on 18 October 2021. Do you have the original source of this information. I am doing research into the RAAF Special Performance and Duties Flight.

    I assume you mean the Aircraft Performance unit reports. The information comes from the RAAF Chiefs of Staff reports, weekly during the war, Australian Archives A11252 (which are big files). The first of the aircraft reports are in September 1941, as part of the Supply and Production Branch report. If you want more detail it will probably be easier to do it by email, address exchanged via a private message here.

    Geoffrey, I have bought seven books on Lend Lease that I can think of off the top of my head. Where did you get your info from? I'd like to obtain the source.
