I would suggest this surge in Putin's downed fighters displays lack of "hours" (and training) in simulated war exercises like UAAF Guard exercises. The Generals controlling resources also lack the experience NATO leaders have from NATO Ops.

IMO what we are seeing is payback - the western allies and peoples signed a pact with the devil when the USSR became one of the allies - but it was necessary pact. Only Stalin had the blood to spill and the territory to maneuver - and permit Hitler to dash Germany to pieces against a US+...
