What is the real reason the Spitfire 5 had single speed Merlins
Most descriptions of the rushed production of the Spitfire 5 state that the two speed Merlins could not be accommodated because of their extra length. 1/24 MPC 67 GTO (First model in years and prep for my P40E)
Hi All, Well I "finished" my GTO model although truth be told I could have taken it further with the details (especially on the grill area and wheels). This kit to be blunt is poor. Fit in spots is a nightmare for a novice and the flash is EVERYWHERE. I didn't quite realize how terrible...- Bad-Karma
