Hello, Please, someone can explain to me what is the difference between the RDF radio navigation system used in WWII planes and the (post war?) ADF system?

Both the CAC CA-4 and the CA-11 Woomera have gunbarbettes behind the engines. I have seen some pictures of them. Now I am interresting who the complete system was from gunner to the barbettes. Is there anybody who has drawings/pictures which showed this system? Thanks Jan
