I went with Stall Speed since that's the best indicator on aircraft turning capability. The lower the stall speed the smaller the turn radius

The Power to Weight Ratio then comes into play how well the plane can sustain its energy and speed through turns. Obviously it's also an indicator of acceleration and rate of climb

Speed also matters, catching up to your foes or having the luxury of disengaging
