Does anyone here have a catalogue (or other publication) on Aeroquip couplings of WW2.

I'm trying to get a handle on a coupling used in the brake lines of Lockheed Hudson/Lodestar aircraft. Lockheed refer to it in the parts book as "Coupling self sealing" and give it a part number of 104-L (667236) and is item 31 on the attached image.

I need a reliable detailed illustration of it so I can sort through our stocks of likely candidates for NZ2035.

Here's the webpage for the current stuff...

and here:

There are a couple of other lines they have, but that should be enough to get you started. You might also get in touch with Taigh Raimey over at Fort Stockton and see if they still have them on their aircraft and can get you an Aeroquip number off of them.

As luck would have it last night I opened a box of books that included Lockheed Standards/Specs. Naturally they did not include the part Denys wants but I started a thread for them and the Vultee and Bristol?/British? specs I have. I also have some cross references from manufacturers numbers to standard AN numbers.

I have not found any more yet but here is a Douglas drawing for a similar item. It is highly likely, but not guaranteed, that both Douglas and Lockheed were using the same Aeroquip fittings.

The mating part should be same p/n +-1.

EDIT - I just saw the ball diameter and it is way too big for a brake line.
