Assistance in dating a Turbocharger Impeller

Turbocharger Impeller from a General Electric turbo. Identifying the part is fairly simple from the technical manuals, but has anyone any clues as to a production date from the numbers and stamps? Thanks for any assistance.

Thanks for your reply. Not sure about that date, but anything is possible I guess.
The impeller would appear to be an aluminum alloy material.
