B-24J waist gun firing arcs?

Anyone know what the firing arcs were for the waist guns on a B-24J? Preferably listed as degrees forward and degrees backwards.

taken from "aircrewman's gunner manual" (USAF 1944)

the B 24 waist turrets are the ERCO 250TH-1(starboard side) and 250TH-2 (port side).
their firing arcs are : 55° forward and 80°backward
and 55° above horizontal and 95° below horizontal
