The modification to fit the MK 108 into the G-6 as the U4 was a considerable difference that would be done as new-build or possibly complete rebuild. The front fuselage forward of Frame 1 is completely different, with a completely different ammunition feed structure, the MK108 mounting and installation is completely different, the rudder pedal assembly is completely different, etc..
The K-4 is of course also different in details, but similar differences that suit the MK108, not the MG151.
If a K-4 was built to have the MG151/20, it would be very different indeed.
It is possible that someone thought the 151/20 might go in some K-4, but it would be a very big modification.
I have not seen this possibility in my K-4 documentation.
