So I've been looking at websites such as wwiiaircraftperformance.org but I couldn't find data on the exact flight performance

Edit:
Info was provided and OP was updated.

Loaded Weight: 3551kg
Wing Area: 19.86m2
Engine: Allison V-1710-35
1150 Horsepower (44.5Hg, 5 minute regime)

Speed: (44.5Hg, 5 minute regime)
483km/h at Sea Level *
506km/h at 1000m *
527km/h at 2000m
552km/h at 3000m
571km/h at 3960m

Technically it should be capable of 578km/h at 4200m

Rate of Climb: (37Hg, 30 minute regime)
5:06 to 3050m (10,000ft)
11:42 to 6100m (20,000ft)

Stall Speed: (Sea Level, No Flaps)
162km/h IAS

:::

* Estimated since the report didn't include the speeds at these altitudes but we can get an idea from these references since P-39D-1 had the same exact engine as P-400

P-39D - Example 1
494km/h at Sea Level
517km/h at 1000m
538km/h at 2000m
563km/h at 3000m
589km/h at 4200m

P-39D - Example 2
494km/h at Sea Level
517km/h at 1000m
538km/h at 2000m
563km/h at 3000m
589km/h at 4200m

I can't get the entire reports on -- are there any particular figures you're looking for?

EDIT: summary from the top of the report (with additions from me)

Performance trials have been made on Airacobras A.H.573 and A.H. 701 each fitted with an Allison V-1710-E.4. engine.
The results were:-
Maximum rate of climb 2040 ft/min. at 10,300 ft. (AH.573 -- 7,830 lb, 37.2 in, 2600 rpm -- ie 30 min limit)
Service ceiling 29,000 ft.
Time to 10,000 ft. 5.1 mins.
Time to 20,000 ft. 11.7 mins.
Maximum true air speed in level flight: 355 m.p.h. at 13,000 ft. (AH.701 -- 7,845 lb, 42.0 in, 2950 rpm -- ie 5 min limit)

Germans and British recieved these planes respectively in Spring of 1941.
As you can imagine… The plane that was advertised to go over 644km/h could actually only did 578km/h and the altitude performance sucked so the British sent them back to the Americans and pretty much said "You can keep these pieces of shit"

The Americans designated these P-39C's with British weapon armament as "P-400" which caused it to be ridiculed further. That it was a P-40 with a Zero on its tail.

Just think… BF-109F-2 climbs to 6000m in 6.5 mins but the Aircobra takes 5 minutes longer than BF-109F-2 to climb to that same altitude 🤣

Not only does the BF-109F-2 completely outclimb and outaccelerate the Aircobra, it has undisputed energy advantage. But then the Aircobra is slower at all altitudes as well. On top of that the Aircobra has higher stall speed which means a larger turn radius than BF-109F-2 whilst also due to its worse power to weight ratio, it holds its energy a lot worse during its turns than the BF-109F-2 does.
