I am looking for detail photographs of the levelling bracket for a British Wimperis Course Setting Bomb Sight (Mk IX or VII). I volunteer at two museums, each of which has a Mk IX CSBS in excellent condition but (as it appears with most every other CSBS out there) the levelling bracket for mounting the sight is missing. I have the drawing from the manual showing two views (rear and left side - see below) but this leaves some details open to interpretation so would appreciate any photos showing top and or bottom details of the bracket. Unfortunately every photo I've seen on the internet of the bomb sight in situ is shot from the left side, so the sight obscures most of of the mount. I've made a start from the 2 view at producing a 3D drawing for the bracket, from which we can 3D print the parts in plastic and from these make moulds to cast the main pieces in metal. Any assistance appreciated.

hi WATU
I think we have most of the assembly figured out, but more info is always helpful so if you have access to a levelling bracket I have a couple of specific questions. I'm not aware of a British Mk XI bombsight so not sure if the mount would be the same as for the Wimperis Mks VII and IX.
cheers
