No - the aircraft's back. Given how tight that canopy is he probably has a headache though. This photo is of the full size replica my company built for the Half a world away miniseries.

The Shuttleworth Collection's Comet racer suffered a landing accident at Old Warden this weekend.
Apparently it nosed over and ended up on its back. The pilot was taken to hospital, and released after medical checks.
There was damage to the aircraft's tail structure, but the full extent has yet to be revealed.

No, I did not. I got an email about it today and the site suggested that it was a new story. At least the video in my link gives a good idea of the damage.
