Does anyone recognize this? I suspect (guess) a British WW2 fuel pump.

I have no history at all on this part. I haven't tried very hard to ID so far but I know I enjoy spotting a familiar item so maybe others will enjoy recognizing this part. I am guessing it is WW2 British fuel pump from a large engine.
