The filler housing with the butterfly wingnuts is a DBU part, marked with Berlin, but I cannot make out more details. You should be able to read the part number and the manufacturer details. That fitting is a standard component and would have had a cap to fit, also it is an internal fitting, at least under a cover or inside a compartment.
