the "K11" - Avia B.534 II serie , 50. letka (the 50th FS)
the "F13" - Avia B.534 IV serie , 35. letka (the 35th FS)

The pic had to be taken soon after the German annexation of Czechoslovakia in 1938. The Avias have the regiment emblems overpainted what happened during the mobilization of the Czechoslovak Army.
 

It is an Avia B.534.410 serie IV, registartion OK-PDA of the Czechoslovak Air Police (Československá Letecká Policie)/ Gendanmerie Air Patrols (Četnické letecké hlídky (ČLH)) in pre-war Czechoslovakia It seems the pic was taken by Germans at an airfield in Německý Brod ( today Havlíčkův Brod ) late in March 1939.
