And how! Rode one belonging to TN Air Guard, MEM out to LAX and back during Thangsgiving break at Navy avionics school. Had engine issues both ways. No in-flight shutdowns, but half of each flight and both landings were with one idling. No heat and almost no pressurization in the cargo bay where all non-AF personnel had to ride. Retired Marine Corps gunny we had with us was ready to kill by the time we got there. He pulled some strings and we rode in the crew compartment on the way back. Flight engineer station on that bird was a real puzzle palace.Old Shaky was a scary aircraft to fly and even be a passenger on.
