external difference between the do 335 B2 and B3 and what weapon and radar for the do 335 B6?

Hello,I want to know about those detail because I want to do a dornier do 335 B3 from the B2 tamiya and a B6 inspired by the prototype V17 from the dragon B6 at 1/72 scale:

The B-3 did not appear in any production plans. Originally it was to be similar to the B-2 but with the enlarged (45.5 m2) wing. Then the B-2 was proposed with the enlarged wing and DB 603L engines. It never happened, but this arrangement was subsequently designated the B-4, making the B-3 irrelevant.

The B-6 was to be equipped with the FuG 218 'Neptun' AI radar. The M15 and M16 aircraft were tested with various aerial arrays for the AI radar, wing aerials similar to those used with the SN-2 radar, horizontal dipoles and 'low resistance' wing aerials. There was a plan to develop internal aerials which was never realised. Other equipment fitted and tested at the Luftwaffe radio test centre (E-Stelle Werneuchen, near Berlin) included the FuG 120 'Bernhardine' blind landing system, FuG 125 'Hermine' VHF radio beacon receiver and FuG 350 'Naxos' which homed in on emissions from allied bombers. There is no solid evidence that any B-6s were completed before the end of the war.

thanks for your answer so basically the B3 is identical to the B2 as it final form ? What about the weapon on the B6(X4 kramer? Schräge muski?)?
 
The B-3 was a designation that was never developed, or intended to be developed, as there was a jump to the B-4.

The B-6 was to be based on the A-6, which in turn was based on the standard A-1, so the 'standard' wing. The armament remained the standard 1 x 30mm MK 103 and 2 x 20mm MG 151/20 cannon.
It is possible that as many as six B-6s were completed or near completed at Oranienburg before the end of the war. The FuG radar was to be fitted from the 31st production aircraft, and the RLM never got close to that.
