F-16C Block 30 "The Bats"

Hello, I came across nice decal sheet form experts choice, about F-16C in ANG, I wanna build F-16C from 174th FS.
I know that block 30 should have wider "mouth" and General Electics engine, howewer the first batches of the block 30 did not have the wider mouth.
What do you guys think about the Mouth on the photo?

I also attached the photo from the instructions, as you can see it is bit different from the photos I could find, so if anyone has photo of the jet which looks like in the instructions please show it here.

85-1547, T/V 5C-289, is a Block 30B airframe. Powered by a P&W, and has the small mouth inlet, but also has the common engine bay that would take P&W or GE engines. 86-0262, aka T/V 5C-368, was the first big mouth bird.

Thank you man. But on the first photo, isn't it GE engine nozzle? And, if I understand it, You worked on the 85-1547?

At that time, the GE was installed in small mouth airframes. It did have some power limitations due to airflow limitations.

Probably still the definitive book on Vipers is "The Modern Viper Guide", but be aware that copies of either edition are extremely hard to find and are going to be expensive.

I was a factory structures guy for a number of years. Between the different sections of the aircraft that I was involved in, I probably had my hands on close to 1000 different jets inside the plant. Doesn't include those where I worked on them in other areas. Haven't touched a Viper in probably 8 years now, professionally.
