If you just finished using military power for 5 minutes and then go into 5 min WEP youll be damaging the engine, or vise versa. You can WEP for 5 mins, then go to METO until engine has cooled down but after that you're just a early F6F-3 with military power as your peak power, running dry but again only 5 min regime at military power.
