Propulsive efficiency comparison for various gas turbine engine configurations
I like Wikipedia, but this page needs work. Your turboprop peaks out at 80% efficiency. This is the mechanical efficiency of an aircraft propeller, force times velocity divided by the engine power output. No heat engine is 80% efficient.

Try Thermal and Propulsive Efficiency. This reference from MIT describes propulsive efficiency as propulsive power divided by the engine power. They have divided thermal efficiency as the engine power divided by the fuel power.
 
I am not a jet engine engineer or anything like. The graph represents what I understand about these engines or more exactly what I understand about the difference between them. Reading this Propulsive efficiency - Wikipedia I think you are talking about cycle efficiency. I also found lots of equations I barely follow here Heat engine - Wikipedia
