Do you think MiG can get out of it current predicament and win back market shares?
Mig-35 failed to get any customers and people stop buying Mig-29,It seem they only have Mig-41 left.

MIG is part of UAC right now as all other Russian's OKBs - almost all high brasses in UAC are Sukhoi guys. If you are connecting this two facts + size of Russian military budget + clear preference of WKS for Sukhoi designs (direct competition between Sukhoi and MiG) is easy to make guess that MiG brand is rather on it's way to be part of aviation past history... but it is just guess...

It seem that recently India just ordered 21 more Mig-29 and that the Russian government merge Sukhoi and Mig together,Isn't their prospect quite a bit brighter now?

They have been officially "merged" around 10 years ago when UAC have been created. I don't see any prove that it helped MIG anything. They seems to be poor brother in this family. Since USSR has been gone they successfully went just through 2 projects - update of the Mig31 to the BM version and Mig29K/35.
