Did the FW200 ever carry torpedoes?

No, just bombs or rockets.

Very few German aircraft were equipped to carry torpedoes.
The aircraft were the Fiesler Fi167 and Heinkel's He111 as well as the He115.

As well as the Ju88 & Ju188 and He59. Also He114 & & few others were tested with them, including the Me410, Fw190, Do217, & He177 but non of those types used them operationally.
I am sure I missed a few types that were also tested with torpedo's.

It was not used by the Germans. Only for export.

They had the ones they did not export to one of the Baltic States (I forget which one) after the USSR took it over. About a year later they sold or gave them to Finland. I don't know if they actually used them in the time between or not. But I understand you point.

Latvia. The first serial Do.22 was delivered to Yugoslavia (12 airplanes were ordered), the same number was ordered by the Greeks. The Finns received 4 Do.22s, most likely from a Latvian order.
