Hiya all.
I recently built a 1/32 scale tropical Hurricane depicting an aircraft of No.1 Squadron SAAF and flown by Captain J.H. Gaynor DFC.
To date, i have only found that he was credited with 5.5 kills but can find no more info on him. Does anyone out there have anymore information on him?

Hi,

just found a bit of info

Major J.H. Gaynor D.F.C. Diseased on 1st.January 1945 (205579V) His call name was "John" and he served in the 1st, 2nd and 7th SAAF Squadrons.
