Halifax signification of a part

This plaque comes from a part of a Halifax.
Can someone help me "translate" this plaque, and tell me on which part of the plane it was located?!?

The small oval inspector's stamp seems to be EEP over 2?5 number. It indicates a part made by the English Electric factory. The firm was co-operating with the Handley Page also for HP Halifax.
