Here is the info you requested.
The propeller DRG No. L.A.591 is a British one and was used with the Airspeed Oxford Mk.I and II aicraft series powered by the Cheetah X and IX engine type. Your one was fitted to the Cheetah X engine. The diameter D 7ft 33inch. The pitch P 6ft 96inch. There is one more data between the line with the engine type and the diameter but there is the "H" letter readable only. IMHO it is the direction of rotation. It should be either LHT- left hand turn or RHT - right hand rotation of the propeller for that engine.

There r only marking we're u said that stamp R/7/ 1 with a smile circle under it and 2sml circles on opisite across on the right
Ok on Berta inspection there is a H in 1of the all cirvlea

The marking and the stamps are the manufacturer's ones. The ones on the circles are the factory inspection stamps. The two-bladed, fixed-pitch wooden propellers were initially manufactured by de Havilland and driven by Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah X engines. I wouldn't be surprised if the stamp with the "H" was the "HRA" or "DH". This may indicate the Horden-Richmond Aircraft Ltd. at Haddenham or just the de Havilland factory. Anyway the props could be made by a couple of other manufacturers and these stamps might differ.
IMHO there is nothing more to find out about the prop.

The only point is that the dia and pitch are actually written as decimal feet, not feet and inches. So, 7.33 feet and 6.96 feet. These are quoted as 90 inches and 84 inches
in some references, but the actual inches conversion is slightly less than that (87.96 inch and 83.52 inch).
I think you can see the turning marking, but very difficult in the photo as given. The LHT is very spaced-out, the L is just about above the 7 stamp and the T is just above the 6 stamp.
