ID French Propeller Hub and Blades

I have the opportunity to buy the propeller assembly from an unknown aircraft and was hoping someone here may be able to help. The plate is in French, so hopefully that is a start. I didn't bring my tape measure to look at it but the blades are shorter (probably around 4-5 ft). Attached is a picture of the overall assembly and a picture of the plate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
