Isradecal

Hello everybody, I have a new project in mind, so I purchased Italeri Mirage IIIC with the intention to make the Israeli Shahak version. Therefore I also sent an order to Isradecal.com for a couple of accessories but, besides the order acknowledgment, I can't get any feedback from them (sent an email, no answer) Do you know that company? Do you know any other channel to contact them?

I've seen adverts for decals from Isradecal Studios, and the also sell through Hannant's in the UK.
The Isradecal web site shows a postal address, and a telephone /fax number, if that's any help.

Thanks Terry, I know what's on their website, the problem is that I sent a mail after my order, just to ask about delivery, and I got no answer. I will try again.
By the way, Hannants doesn't accept orders from Italy since some time, probably because some issues with the Brexit.

Yes, Hannant's are having problems with deliveries into Europe, particularly Italy, which seems to be due to transport companies not being organised, as well as postal delays etc.
It works both ways - on December 18th, I made a request to Heller for some decals missing from a brand new kit, purchased the day before. I got an acknowledgment, from Heller in Germany, not France, but I still haven't received the decals !!
Whatever has happened to good, old fashioned customer service ? Too reliant on automatic computer systems, rather than the human touch and common sense !
Anyway, I hope yo can get a response Alberto.
