jacobs radial engine fuel pump . what goes to carb?

Hello, im doing a display runner with my jacobs radial. i have a cessna 195 fuel pump. what port is the inlet, outlet and what does the small fitting go to? do i just hook up the out to the carb and the in to the tank and im done? or do i need a regular? thanks for any info or diagram you may have.

The small fitting I believe is the relief valve return. As far as which side id which, the left should be inlet and the right outlet. Are you able to turn it by hand? If so you should feel suction or pressure. Does the pump have arrows stamped on it?
 
Relief goes back to the tank or back to a "T" on the inlet side. If you do that install a check valve.
