I am not really sure what area to post this document so mods move it if you feel it belongs elsewhere.
It is a November 1946 document I found on Hathi, downloaded, OCR'd the translation, then removed blank pages etc to minimise its size. I also cut part of the head and foot off each page to reduce the file size. Because Google do not centre their scans there was not much I could gain that way. Even then I had to split the file.
I found it not much help as the Japanese words are not clear enough for me to make sense of. I had better luck working back from what I thought the word should translate as and finding that in the OCR. Hopefully others may find it useful.
If enough people want it I will run the pages through ST and that will reduce the file size considerably.
