I've seen similar before, which seemed easy enough to cut and conform. Depends what the material is I guess.

It's resin apparently, got a Stug iii, king tiger and Panzer IV that need zimmerit !

Ah, probably thin resin sheet, so some flexibility and should be fairly easy to cut and trim.
The only curved surfaces on those models are the side of King Tiger turret, which is pretty gentle, so should cope well enough.
Use Gel CA to fix in place, as it'll give you more "wiggle time".
