It tells a story of agony in developing such a new system.
After dozens of test flights with the Sa-1 and the improved Sa-2 experimental models, results were confirmed satisfactory. The report concludes that remaining questions would be how effectively and timely they could produce, storage and supply the liquid oxygen.
