A pity, the Italeri suggested the camouflage for the model. IMHO it could be dark green/black for the very early La-5FN delivered to frontline in the summer of 1943. All later La-5FNs beginning the August 1943 should be painted with the dark grey and blue-grey colours according to the orders issued in July 1943.
