Looking for the unit matching the insignia

I got a patch with one of my games the other day, and I was wondering what the unit it belonged to was? I asked some of my online buddies who have served recently or are serving on and off, but none of them could really identify it, they said it looked farmiliar, but they couldn't put their finger on it.

Yeap they built, repaired and defended airfields for the 9th Airforce.

They built or reparied over 300 airfields after June 6, 1944.
