Merlin Powered P-38

In Graham White's book Allied Aircraft Piston Engines of World War II he references a report written by P.A. Colman of Lockheed entitled "P-38 Performance Comparison Allison and Rolls-Royce Engines". I've scanned the forum to the best of my ability and internet searches both of which have come up empty. Anyone know of a source for this report? Would make for some interesting reading.
