Hi all:
I was wondering if any has, or knows where I could possibly find photos of my granduncle's B-29. He was the navigator on A square 29 "Were Wolf" from Saipan. His airplane was shot down on 27 January 1945 during the bomb run. 7 managed to make it out, but 3 including him died after their parachutes failed to open. The other 4 became POWs but didn't survive the war. I have a photo of it parked on the hardstand, showing the whole airplane, but I was wondering if there were any inflight photos. I would really like to have any.
