During German occupation, Avia manufactured the Bf109G and Me262, Letov manufactured the Ju290 as well as being a major repair depot just to name a few.

Like many countries, Czechslovakia was dealing with budget constraints which hampered develooment as well as "old school" thinking, where aircraft were not as much of a priority as was traditional military doctrine (artillery, tanks, battleships, etc.) however, they did have a very competant aero industry.

Quite right.
the Czech aero industry was better, larger than any of the German "Allies" like Bulgaria, Hungary, or Romania. It was bigger/better than Poland. Or Spain.

It would appear with a rather quick look that the Czechs built about the same number of Pz 38t chassis vehicles during Before/during WW II (Hetzer's and all) that Italy built armored vehicles of all kinds from 1933 on (includes about 2500 Cv 33s.) and includes the Autoblindo armored cars.
While the Czechs were small fraction of the German supplies they certainly out performed many of formal allies.
