Thanks for the lead. I haven't watched your video yet, but reading the Wiki (I know, forty lashes and all) made me think SNAFU all the way -- except for the courage of the Lancaster crews.
ETA: Either the video-narrative is drawn from the Wiki, or the Wiki is drawn from the video. They're almost identical.
