P-51 flight manuals are not exactly a dime a dozen. However, they are about twenty five cents a dozen. An exception is the P-51B, and this particular example was scanned at a very high resolution, in color, even for the pages that have no color. As a result it is gorgeous but ginormous.
So, although it is only 76 pages, I broke it up into 8 sections. I'll try and post all of them under this one thread but if things start smoking and Scotty starts yelling about his engines I'll break it up into two threads.
By the way "Scotty" was a pilot in WWII, was wounded, and lost part of one of his fingers during the early days of Operation Overlord in June 1944.
