Potez 650

IMHO that's the Potez 620. The 621 has the door there with a window and was powered by the Hispano-Suiza 12Xrs

The name seen partiailly is the "Cigogne". So it is the third Potez 620 registered as F-ANPI. Below she is with the Gnome-Rhone 14rs Mistral Major fourteen-cylinder radial engines later, in 1937, replaced with the Gnome-Rhone 14N 16/17 units. I would say that's the kite after the modifications.
