POWER STEPS

How could I raise or lower the power in steps of 1 % instead 5%?. When the mission begins the birds are at something like 88% or whatever, and my son (and I) want to increase in little steps.

you use a joystick, or if ur mouse has a scrolling wheel, you can use that
