Noticed this in a 1941 magazine advertisement, cropped out of a larger image whose resolution went to crap for the rest of the subject aircraft.

Great photo - and a not very common photo of USN aircraft with the "Neutrality" marking on the forward fuselage.
Those marking were used on aircraft serving in the Atlantic prior to the U.S. entering WWII.
