Hi mates,

I don't know If here it's the right section, I have a question what differences there are between PZL P-23 Karas A model and B model?

'B' had:
A more powerful engine.
No slats on the leading edge of the wings.
Elevator planform altered with more balance areas.
Crash pylon aft of the pilots seat.
Port side of the observer's gondola, streamlined tube used to extend the radio aerial in flight.
Pilot's machine gun ports on both sides of the fuselage aft of the engine cowling but only fitted with one gun on starboard side due to shortages of Mk 33 guns.

Yep Antoni is right. The B Karaś was powered by Pegasus VIII engine and the A variant by Pegasus II M2 one.
