Q.O Operations ?

Hi I wonder if someone might be able to clarify this says Q.O Operations, and where I might find out what it means

ie Date or Time Period?
ETO? PTO? CBI?
RAF? RCAF? RAAF? USAAF?
Is it referencing fighter operations? bomber operations?

Hi,
Don't see any QO operations for the 64Sq in Nov41 (AIR-27/590/22), but in December well (AIR 27/590/24).

The same question was asked on RAFCOMMANDS forum long time ago, the answer was:

"Doing QDMs" was something you might do for air navigation practice."

But we still do not have the full name of this Q.O's
