Man Cory I was looking for some RAF or Canadian in 1/32 F-86? I found some at one point but were OOP any leads?

Kit Kevin or decals? The Kinetic kit, while a bit clunky, looks pretty good to my eye, and you can make a Sabre Mk 6 out of it. As for decals, Leading Edge made a sheet in 1/32 but I don't think it's made anymore. Try his website, lemdecal.com and email him. He may have some laying around. Otherwise try ebay, or flightdecs.ca. I'll take a look in a bit myself.

Best I could find for decals was this.

1 32 Rcaf Golden Hawks F 86 Sabre Model Decal BY Leading Edge Models 32 01 | eBay

I got the Kinetic kit Cory and agree looks the part for me.The copit could use the aftermarket version I really like the camo version of either RAF or it was the RCAF version.I emailed somebody who made them at one time but never got a response.Thks for the shot back

Don't know, off hand, of any RCAF or RAF Sabre decals in 1/32nd at the moment - think they all OOP. There are some in 1/48th scale of course, but I'll see what I can find.

Forgot to say thanks for the vote of confidence chaps !

I've had a quick search around, and couldn't find any F-86 Sabre decals, apart from Norwegian F-86K, in 1/32nd scale. Maybe contact Cannuck Models and see if David is prepared, or planning, to produce some? I would think there'd be a market for such an iconic RCAF bird.

Nice going there Karl.

These decals arrived from Canada today, and I'd like to thank Cory for providing the info for the source.
I've also 'won' an Italeri 1/48th scale Tornado IDS/GR1, and a resin cockpit detail set for a Mosquito, to be used in the recently acquired Airfix PRXVI, which lacks side wall details.

Didn't see this on my phone, glad you got them alright!

And thus begins Cory's never ending debt. How is that kit Karl? I want to do the history of VF-143(Pukin' Dogs) in 1/48 and always see Academy F-14 on eBay. Nice Terry.

Geo
as usual i have read everything from terrible to just as good as Hasegawa !

looks good to me and as i said this version has updated bits like the gun vents that were wrong in the early boxings and you also get a lot more ordinance in this kit than the other Academy versions !

Thanks Kevin, just hope I can do it justice, when I eventually get to start.
Also, my older brother is going to see if he can dig out any photos, taken at Prestwick, of the RCAF Starfighters we saw in the ealry 1960's which, even if they don't help the build, might be of interest here on the forum.

not a purchase per se, but I got the Cessna from a buddy in the same state. and I purchased the MD-80
