Being that the basic structure of the airplane is metal tubing, wood and fabric, I was wondering how easy it would be to build a 1:1 flying replica of the Hurricane. IIRC, the wing box and other components of the structure are special alloy, and would be expensive to have remanufactured, but could a less expensive allow be used?

I'm thinking about doing this, long term, if I was able to do it on my finances based on being a pilot at a legacy airline.
