Hello Just wondering if you can help me with identyfication. I think I have a fuel pump 8-4544T, is there anyone who can say in which aircrafts it was used? Also which year of procuction, I will consider seling this pump and I am looking for any adwise where is the best place to advertise it. Thank You

Hi,
Yes, that is a DBU type Behalterpumpe. These immersed electric fuel tank pumps were almost exclusive in their use by WK.2 German aircraft, differing only in length
of the tube to match the depth of the fuel tank. The one you show is relatively short, only a little longer than the electric motor itself.
The pump shown is an Aerobau (Berlin) licensed product, but the id plate is too obscured to read the factory specific location.
The item shown is also incomplete, the pumping wheel and cover is missing off the base.
