IMHO ... the Alleycat and Lifelike are correct. It seems the pic was taken with a filter ( I would say it was the blue one) The filter causes the red and green getting darker while the blue becomes lighter.

My gut feeling was yellow- compare to the prop tip. Yellow is also the "go to" get your attention color, so I'd wonder why a powder-blue would be used.
