Spitfire Versus Zero Flight Tests

Its interesting they mention 330mph a few times as the speed the Spitfire V needs to superiourly outturn/outroll the "Hap" (first called Zero Mk.2 then A6M3 Model.32) This A6M3.32 was built from wrecks in Buna, New Guinea, and tested only 328mph so it wasn't running 100% either. So its probably a fair test vs a standard boost Spitfire V.

This site has great pics of the "Hamp" rebuild
